How long does it take to create and ship items in silver?

We keep our silver item in stock and we ship it the same or next day. Please note that tracking information contained in your email is usually available 48 hours after the shipment.

How long does it take to create and ship items in 14k gold?

All our 14k gold items are made-to-order and thus we take up to 14 days to make it. Our average turnaround is 5-7 business days. If you would like to have your order early, please let us know and we will do our best to ship it on time!

What is a standard length of your chains? Can I order custom chain length?

We ship standard 18 inch chains. If you would like to adjust your chain size, please leave us a note at the ‘Special Instruction’ box on the cart page or send us an email at sales@rowingjewelry.com with your order number and special instructions.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes we do! Our jewelers create a broad range of handmade items, ranging from diamond engagement rings to enameled team jewelry. If you would like to place a custom order, please send us an email at sales@rowingjewelry.com

I would like to return or exchange my item. How should I do it?

You can request exchange or refund up to 30 days from the sale date. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our items. To start the refund or exchange process, please send us an email at sales@rowingjewelry.com with your order number and we will get back to you with the next steps.

I would like to order a ring, but do not have a ring size.

All our rings, apart from Crystal Rowing Ring, are sold unwelded. Thus, you can easily adjust it yourself or size it for a small fee at a local jewelry store. Alternatively, you can always ship it back to us and we would do the sizing free of charge.
